How we fit into your workflow—explained here.
We specialize in 2D concept sketching, 3D rendering, presentation graphics, and CAD drafting for construction documentation. Our goal is to support your studio so you can focus on leading design.
For clients local to central Mississippi, we also offer on-site services including drone photography, site visits, and assistance with material sourcing.
Yes! But we don’t replace the role of licensed design professionals—we support them. We provide production, visualization, and design assistance under your direction, helping you bring your vision to life more efficiently.
We operate as an extension of your company and under the licenses you hold. All work we produce is performed in good faith to support the scope of services you are legally licensed to provide in your jurisdiction. We do not offer or represent services that would require licensure you or your firm do not possess. It’s the responsibility of our clients to ensure all work we support aligns with local regulations and licensing requirements.
We may share select project images on our website or social media platforms as part of our portfolio—unless we are bound by a non-disclosure agreement (NDA). Signing an NDA is available upon request and may include an additional fee to account for the limitations it places on our ability to market our work. We respect your preferences: we can tag your firm for visibility, keep the work anonymous, or place a 30-day hold before posting. Showcasing our work is how we attract new business, and we always aim to do so professionally and with discretion.
Yes—we’re happy to work under your brand, and Landshaper Studio’s name does not appear on any deliverables intended for your clients. We offer white-label support and can remain fully anonymous or proudly highlight the collaboration, depending on your preference. You're in full control of the exposure. If needed, we can sign an NDA for added confidentiality; however, this may come with an additional fee, as it limits our ability to market the work. We may watermark certain materials when sharing online or until an outstanding invoice is paid, but this never applies to your finalized client-facing files.
